- Ongoing consensus process involving companies and LTU researchers; establishment and realization of work processes and network arenas in the project

- Formulation of an adapted model of equality and gender for the project

2009

- Continued realization of work processes and networking arenas in the project

- Workshop with focus groups and evocation of the norm, with focus on recruitment processes and values surrounding the formulation of competencies and skills/qualifications, is carried out with the equality project participants; transfer of experiences and results to the respective companies and LTU

- The first in-depth case study is conducted

- Exchange of experiences and results to the second workshop with equality project participants

- Exchange of experiences and results to the respective companies and LTU

2010

- Follow-up of the first year's experiences and results, according to an adapted impact logic model, whereby the internal and external effects of the project are monitored and assessed.  In the assessment the following criteria are observed: Greater awareness of gender perspectives, changed processes, greater numerical parity, new participants, increased capacity for innovation, new products and services, and, thereby, sustainable development and a society that is characterized by equality.

-Workshop with focus groups; innovative work processes coupled to the above follow-up/assessment, and intensified gender equality development related to recruitment processes and values surrounding the formulation of competencies and skills/qualifications, is carried out with the equality project participants; exchange of experiences and results to the respective companies and LTU

- The second in-depth case study is conducted

- Exchange of experiences and results to the second workshop with equality project participants

- Exchange of experiences and results to the respective companies and LTU

2011

- Follow-up of the second year's experiences and results, according to an adapted impact logic model, whereby the internal and external effects of the project are described

-Workshop with focus groups dealing with the companies' sphere of operations with respect to the development of products, services and markets. An important input is to create innovative work processes and environments with the aid of Participatory Appreciative Action Research methods and perspectives.

- Exchange of experiences and results to the respective companies and LTU

- A possible third case study is conducted on the basis of identified needs within the companies and LTU

- A summary internal project report is authored

-Workshop with focus on exchanges of the project's internal report, results and experiences, and exchanges of experiences and results to the respective companies and LTU

- A handbook for in-house and external use is produced. Planning and realization of a broader external conference.
