Want to become a mentor?
LTU Mentoring is a mentoring program where students (mentees) at the university get a mentor at work for about nine months.
LTU Mentoring aims to:
- Supporting students' professional development
- Creating good relations between education and employment
- Supporting personal and professional development for both mentor and mentee.
The program includes, in addition to individual meetings between mentee and mentor, including joint meetings with lectures, networking and professional development for both mentees and mentors.
The next round of the program starts in September 2013. It's fine to express their interest to become a mentor and the matches are done regularly.
We strive to try to match mentees' needs and desires for the mentor's experience and knowledge.
