Premiäråk end the week

Henrik Petersson is just about to pack his backpack. This seasons first ski trip goes to the finnish ski resort Ruka. In the evening when he finished hid studies he and 30 other LTU students enter the bus that takes them to great skiing up in the mountains.

At least 50 days of skiing per year . Henrik thinks that  the dayson the slopes makes him a better student.

- Skiing  makes me study  harder, says Henry who competes in extreme skiing, something that gives him hearty adrenaline rushes.

The studies in  Industrial Economics is very demanding. There are usually two study sessions a day. The first starts at eight o'clock. Then it's time for lunch folowed by a  few more hours of studying until it´s time for dinner.

Ouite often  he continues his work after dinner too. Project work and project courses  in cooperation with different companies,   requires more work by the students but are very rewarding when it is time to go out and get a job.

- I am currently working with a group of students together with a company who wants to improve the quality of their output. Such projects courses provide lots of useful knowledge and not least, contacts in companies that are good to have after you graduated. But as I todl yo before - skiing gives you the enery to work hard.

A ouick glance at  Henriks  calendar shows that there seems to be true that skiing works well as an extra energy boost.
