Functional disability / reading and writing difficulties
If you have a documented functional disability that hampers your studies, you can receive support from the University. One of the University’s study counsellors is specialised in providing help to those with a functional disability. The help that can be provided includes
• help in taking notes
• reading help
• personal assistant
• hearing loop
• extra teaching/tutoring
• special facilities for teaching and examinations
• sign language interpreter
• technical aids
