In our education programme, we are working with game development projects where computer game engineers and computer graphic students together create games. Our games will take part in Swedish Game Awards (SGA). The final is June 20 and the results and feedback from the SGA will weigh heavily in our decision to continue developing one of the games, sais Felix.

We have  also  lots of  ideas for a brand new game that we might develop during the summer. Their projects have previously received both the idea and development grant from Sammes Foundation. The game will be digitally distributed.

All students from the four LTU projects are studying Computer Game Engineeering or Computer Graphics and vill be working with their idéas at Campus Skellefteå.

Sammes foundation encourages ideas!

Sammes Foundation has decided to distribute nearly 500,000 SEK for scholarship as summer business. 23 students at Campus Skellefteå are involved in eight different development projects. This means that 23 students will have the opportunity  to work with their development projects during the summer. Hopefully, some of them will lead to businesses.
