Your Future

In addition to knowledge about space, our Master programmes gives you a broad technical and scientific expertise. Space is of course the central theme but your future career does not force you into the aerospace industry. You can work in companies that manufacture advanced technology systems, companies that develop and manufacture general electronic equipment, measurement and control systems or telecommunications equipment.

Exchange Studies

You can also go to LTU's campus in Kiruna as an Exchange student. Take courses and learn more about e.g. the solar system, space physics and electronics in space.

It's up north

Our space programs are located in Sweden's space capital; Kiruna. Also located in Kiruna is northern Europe's only civil rocket range, Esrange, the Swedish Institute of Space Physics, IRF, and of course, the Space Technology programs at Luleå University of Technology.

Exciting research areas on Earths atmosphere and the Solar System. Programme takes place in Kiruna, a city known for good research infrastructure and contact with service providers within atmospheric and space research.
