As a student, you are insured during school hours and during direct travel between home and school through Kammarkollegiet personal injury insurance. Personal injury by accident and some cases of illness caused by infection is covered by insurance.
Remember to take out the leisure and home insurance to have a comprehensive insurance coverage!
The policy applies to students and graduate students at state universities. It corresponds to the work injury insurance accident cover. Personal injury insurance for students is valid in Sweden and covers accidents during school hours and for travel between home and the place where the school hours are spent.
