What is NSI Satisfied Student Index?

A prerequisite for achieving good academic performance is a good study situation. A good study situation for students may include the physical environment on campus, the administrative service, your health, study guidance, teaching methods and examination of your program/your course or the social activities offered outside of trials, etc. Satisfied Student Index is a Web-based survey sent via e-mail to those who study at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels. The survey takes up educational and work-related issues and all views are given anonymously.

Answering Period

The questionnaire will be sent out May 7th - 28th May to students who are studying or are re-registered for at least 15 credits this semester and who have been active the previous semester.

How is the outcome used?

The result serves as a basis for decisions, including those relating educational issues or how Luleå University of Technology are working to ensure that all students are treated equally. The answers will lead to improvements that increase the potential for you and future students to succeed in their studies. In order for us to know what improvements are necessary to achieve this it is important that as many people as possible take the time to respond to the survey.
