If you have received an e-mail asking you to log in to PayEx Merchant Account to check "Secure Messages Center" - be aware that this is a phishing attempt!
E-mail subject is: "PayEx Merchant - Secure Messages Center"

We encourage everyone to delete this e-mail.

The recipient is asked to log in to PayEx Merchant Account to check 1 new message in the "Secure Message Center". However, the link provided in the mail is pointing to a fake site, not the PayEx Admin url.
 

  • Have you opened the email, but did not click on this link: No harm done, delete the email.
  • Have you opened the email and clicked on the link, but not filled in information in the fields: No harm done, delete the email.
  • Have you submitted information - please contact support at support.solutions@payex.com immediately.
