Payment of salaries

The salary paid each month, earlier than the 25th and the last day of the calendar month. There are special rules for löneutbetalningsdag when the 25th falls on Saturdays, Sundays and during the month of December.
Löneutbetalningsdag is also reflected in salary slip.
The salaries of university staff is always sent first to Nordea in Luleå. If you wish to have your salary transferred to another bank or to the personal account, complete the form "transfer order" and send it to Nordea in the catalog as soon as possible.

Tax Information

To you as quickly as possible to come into our payroll, we are grateful if you file your provisional tax or any specific decision on the adjustment of provisional tax to your payroll administrator.
You can get information about who your payroll administrator of the administrative head of your department / unit.

Transfer orders

The salaries of university employees are always sent in the first place to Nordea in Luleå.
If you wish to have your salary transferred to another bank or that your salary is deposited in personal account in Nordea, you must complete a transfer order and send it to Nordea in the catalog as soon as possible.
