Now we are looking for those who want to be a mentor and act as a sounding board for a student who is on his way out of work. Mentoring is based on the idea of personal relationships as a basis for mutual development.
The basic idea is for students to get a contact person to turn to with their thoughts on studies and future career choices. Someone with experience who can provide support, advice and insight into working life.
The next round of mentoring program starts in September 2012 but the matching of mentees and mentors are in the summer.
