"This year´s spin-off" went to Behaviometrics

During Entrepreneur Week at the Luleå University of Technology, Behaviometrics was selected to "This year´s spin-off", a company whose technology monitors your behavior while you are using your computer or mobile.

Behaviometrics develops and markets a biometric security software and is operated  by Olov Renberg, Peder Nordström, Johan Lindholm and Tony Libel, of whom all have a background as students at the Luleå University of Technology.

Behaviometrics AB / BehavioSec develops and markets a biometric security software that records a user's behavior in keyboard rhythm and mobile gestures, and where the software detects users who do not meet "normal behavior".

Behaviometrics was established in 2006 and has already received a number of prestigious awards.

The Award "2011 spin-off" that was initiated by the DARE project, was presented by Professor Håkan Ylinenpää at ETS.
