Within the PIEp research programme the research project on "Measuring Innovation in Teams - MINT" has focused important metrics to understand if teams are performing in terms of their innovation task at hand. An important and, according to the workshop attendance, very interesting area since the result of innovation efforts come when product/service hit the market and that might be much later than the actual performed work. LTU, KTH and LU have worked together in the project together with industry.
2010-10: Mattias Bergström and Åsa Ericson have at three occasions educated innovation coaches in FUNC3, which is a workshop format for creative work. The material is developed by the personnel at the division, but has been improved and put together into an education package by Mattias and Åsa.
On 14-15 October, LTU host to the first part of PIEp graduate course in Creativity and Product Innovation. 12 excited students got out two days of intensive lessons with a focus on innovation and creativity.
