Arash Kordestani and Kaveh Peighambari, PhD candidates in Industrial Marketing at Luleå University of Technology, have together been awarded grants of a total amount of 300 000 SEK from The Swedish Retail and Wholesale Development Council for two consecutive years.
Twelve students from Sweden, Finland, Slovakia, Singapore, Germany and France are currently studying a course in service marketing at Luleå University of Technology where they collaborate with Treehotel.

On November 24, 2011, the project "Customer focus for increased use of public e-services" (CUP) was ended with an open seminar which was held in Stockholm city centre. A number of interesting presentations were held. Several of the presentations are available for download in pdf format.
The researchers in the CUP project received an outstanding paper award in the category "Most promising practical concept" at the EGOV 2011 conference.
