Klara Palmberg
Experiences of Implementing Process Management
Within this project case studies of organisations that have successfully implemented process management was used to investigate quality related management issues. The methodology employed was mainly qualitative, with interviews and observations as primary tools for data collection.
The project was carried out by Klara Palmberg and Rickard Garvare, and was financially supported by Agria Pet Insurance (Agria Djurförsäkring). Among the results of the project are conference papers, journal articles and the licentiate thesis by Klara Palmberg (2005).
