What is Usability?

"The usability of an interface is a measure of the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction with which specified users can achieve specified goals in a particular environment with that interface."
-- ISO 13407

Examples of what can we do in our usability lab?

• Usability testing: Observing users trying to accomplish tasks of different kind, e.g.. handling of a product, use of a computer interface etc.
• Card sorting: A tool for developing the information architecture of, for example websites, navigation menus, dashboards etc
• Accessibility testing: Testing accessibility in general to different products, but particularly for disabled peoples.
