Eye-tracking is used for measuring eye movements. Eye-tracking is very useful in studies regarding understanding of information. This could be reading of displays or the usage of controls while performing an every day task, such as driving a car. Eye-tracking measures how quickly information is found, which order objects are observed and for how long these are viewed amongst other characteristics.
