Panagiotis Vlachos
Panos is an experienced ICT engineer and PhD researcher specializing in Cloud Security and Post-Quantum Cryptography.
He has collaborated with organizations of diverse sizes and industries—from fledgling startups to large multinationals—gaining a versatile and robust background. With a strong foundation in Software Engineering, he has developed expertise in backend systems, APIs, and web services. This was complemented by an MSc in Information Security and the Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) certification by ISC2. Currently, he is a Cloud Security Specialist at Mastercard, dedicated to fortifying information security.
In parallel, he is pursuing a PhD in Post-Quantum Cryptography at Queen's University Belfast, combining academic rigor with practical industry experience to navigate the future of cybersecurity.
