Infrastructure Masons (iMasons) is an independent global organization for leaders and technicians active in the data center and digital infrastructure industry.
At a digital gala in December 2020, 100 people from around the world were awarded the IM100 award. The winners have all contributed to the development of data centers and the infrastructure industry through their work in iMason's four priority areas: education, diversity and inclusion, technological innovation and sustainability.
Annika Svensson is assistant project manager for Datacenter Innovation Region at LTU. The project develops an innovation ecosystem for the data center industry in Upper Norrland where small and medium-sized companies that are or have the ambition to become suppliers to the data center industry, base their business on their own data center or need a data center to deliver and produce their services have the opportunity to develop innovations and take these to the market. Annika is also active in iMasons as a cohesive body for the organization's operations in the Nordic region.
Annika says: "It is truly an honor to be noticed together with these global industry leaders who are all making fantastic efforts for development and sustainable growth in the data center industry.
