The purpose of the guide is to help companies working in the Digital Infrastructure Industry introduce a D&I Program to help attract, recruit and retain people from diverse backgrounds and help promote a culture of inclusive behavior. The guide is based entirely on stories from people who have been on this journey and can help by sharing experiences and providing helpful insights and tips.
Paula Wennberg, who has been involved in producing the guide, says:

Our example comes from the Datacenter Innovation Region project at the Center for Distance-spanning Technologies (CDT) at Luleå University of Technology, and shows how inclusive strategies and processes benefit the data center industry!
