Why is the collaboration between academia, business and community important?

How do you study organisations’ efforts to integrate equality into their operations and what results do you see?
- In my research, I study practical equality initiatives carried out by businesses, local councils and associations. My results have revealed a number of success factors and pitfalls, relevant to how the initiatives are organised and implemented.
Gender Contact Point Day
The annual Gender Contact Point Day gathers researchers, businesses, public authorities and other stakeholders interested in equality integration and organisational development. This year’s theme is inclusive business and organisational development, and the event will be held March 9, 12 AM - 4 PM, at Luleå University of Technology. Read more here
