The aim of the Smart Campus film is to show the Luleå Pilots, the development and the documentation of the project work processes. The video is a very important tool to present the impact of project activities and results. It will hopefully serve as an encouragement, an inspiration and guidance for others. It will show “best practises” and how others can apply the same work methods based on successful savings and improvements in Luleå.
In the film, different stakeholders are being interviewed go get the different user group perspectives, like the:
• University management that provide the Institution’s policy strategy towards energy efficiency and where the project is integrated, and the role of ICT in engaging users and empowering the community towards saving energy
• Pilot Managers and host organisation CDT that talk about user behavior transformation and ICT tools
• Technical Management like the energy interface SME, the car heating SME supplier and the building owner that present the challenges of the pilot and the solutions chosen, how they were co-designed and implemented and results that are expected to be achieved
• Pilot participant from the office area pilot, namely a LTU staff member and a user in the car heating pilot, a person from the IT department at LTU.
This will be done to describe the experiences at the campus, lessons learned and for the viewer to actually understand how each pilot work and the work behind the pilots.
