EIC nominated for Svea prize 2011

Four projects / activities have been nominated for Svea price. These four will be evaluated by researchers at eHealth at Linnaeus University, and attend a hearing at the Ministry of Social Affairs. Thereafter, a jury to convict the ruling.

The nominees are:

  • Documentation Support for structured documentation, Örebro University Hospital,
  • MyHealth @ Age, EIC along with the Boden kommun
  • IT support in treatment services, Coach Care Support
  •, Karolinska University Hospital

Svea prize is awarded to the project or activity in health care has been most successful in updating and improving Swedish healthcare through IT.

The award is given in the Quality Fair inaugural gala at the Gothenburg Opera 15 November and the winner will receive 100 000 SEK plus the honor and attention. The awards are Social Affairs Göran Hägglund.
