The pandemic forced society to quickly change the way we work, which has resulted in major digital steps forward. The labor market's acceptance of homework has increased and the demands from employees to be able to control from where they perform their work as well.

Johanna Lindberg, doctoral student in information systems at Luleå University of Technology and researcher at NorrlandsNavet, shares creative, digital innovative solutions created to improve life in rural areas, such as unmanned rural shops and hubs where small businesses work together.
