MOOC, Massive Open Online Course, is a free digital course that is open to everyone and is conducted individually when it suits you. Luleå University of Technology has created MOOCs in a number of different areas.
What does MOOC + mean?
- MOOC + is a developed form where, like a traditional MOOC, you complete the course individually for three weeks, approximately 4 hours / week.
- In addition to the self-study, you can also meet other participants online to discuss various elements and insights linked to the course content, like a study circle. A course with a plus menu quite simply.
- The meetings are supervised and moderated by the teacher who created the course.
- The meetings are held on four occasions, in the form of a start-up and final webinar, as well as a webinar after each course week. The digital self-study is held in English, but the meetings are conducted in Swedish.
Who can participate?
MOOC + is aimed at you who are a sole trader regardless of company form as well as managers and employees in small and medium-sized companies in northern Sweden. You who are an employer can choose to let several employees take the course and control yourself if you carry out all the parts together or only on those occasions when the teacher is involved in real time.
When is the first course start?
The first education offered within the concept MOOC + is the course How to succeed with projects and it starts on Friday 18 March, at 13.00. We need your registration no later than March 11. There are a limited number of places, sign up as soon as possible!
