More information about English language requirements SelectionThe selection is based on 1-165 credits.Course AimAfter the course the student should be able to:find a project.apply knowledge in analysis and designplan and carry through a project in the area of system science in any type of organisation.work together with users and other actors in an information systems development project.ContentsThe course is for those students that are studying system science and want to apply their knowledge on projects in a concrete project to get an insight in the work of a system scientist.RealizationThe students are responsible to get a project and a supervisor in an organisation. The students make a project plan in cooperation with the supervisor. The students write a detailed diary of the work and hours spend in the project and following-up and/or revising the project plan. The diary should be submitted to the teacher every week.ExaminationA description of the project and the tasks.A time report approved by the supervisor.A detailed diary.An analysis of what you have learned and references to relevant theory.A presentation of the analysis and the of the information system.A short description of the project to be published on the website of The Department of System Science.RemarksThe course can start whenever the student wants but it has to be completed within 4 month.ExaminerSvante EdzénTransition termsThe course D0012N is equal to IED420Literature.
