The course is focused on information design of websites. The publishing tool Content Management System, CMS, is introduced.
The course covers primary web usability which is making web sites usable through applying user-centered perspective and methodology. This perspective and methodology leads to well deigned web user interface, web page content organization and web interaction. Concepts within this perspective and methodology are: Human-computer Interaction, task analysis, target group analysis, navigation support, content organisation, visual organisation, evaluation of web usability, internationalisation, access, personalization.
