Entry requirements

At least 60 ECTS in one of the following areas: Maintenance Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Civil Engineering or equivalent, and a minimum of 15 ECTS in mathematics.

The selection is based on 20-285 credits



Course Aim
The course aims to bring mainly theoretical and some practical insights in advanced data analytics related to the operation and maintenance processes in industrial contexts, through the concept of eMaintenance, using digitalisation and Industrial AI.

Realization
Each course occasion´s language and form is stated and appear on the course page on Luleå University of Technology's website.
The teaching includes lectures and assignments, including laboratory work. The lectures can be a combination of online, self-study, and/or classroom interaction. The assignments will be a combination of mandatory and optional tasks such as developing solution (software and/or hardware) and practical report writing. 

Examination
If there is a decision on special educational support, in accordance with the Guideline Student's rights and obligations at Luleå University of Technology, an adapted or alternative form of examination can be provided.
