Human Factors in Maintenance

Ergonomics includes physiological and psychological aspects that affect human performance in maintenance work

Human performance in maintenance work is affected by the physical work environment and psychological aspects in the workplace and in private life. In this course you will learn ergonomic principles and factors, human limitations, safety culture and causes of stress and fatigue. You will also learn how organizational aspects such as communication, teamwork and routines affect the safety of maintenance work.
