Selection

The selection is based on final school grades or Swedish Scholastic Aptitude Test.



Course Aim
After completed course the student should be able to
  • Describe central concepts relating to organizing and managing
  • Apply central frameworks and tools for organizing and managing
  • Analyze how to approach various situations relating to organizing and managing

Contents
The course introduces theories and empirical research on organizing and managing, covering both internal and external organizing of resources and competences.

Realization
Teaching and learning is carried out through lectures, lessons, self-studies, project assignment and seminars. Participation in seminars is compulsory.

Examination
Written exam.
Written report and oral presentation of project assignment.

Remarks
The course cannot be included in a degree together with O0017N, O0019N, O0004N, O0013N, IEO036, IEO345, IEO601 or IEO617 or any other course with similar content.

Students must register for the course themselves, or contact ETS educational administration eduets@ltu.se, not later than three days after the quarter commences. Failure to do so can result in the place being lost. This rule also applies to students with a guaranteed place.
