International Orchestra Academy I
The RSPO Orchestra Academy is divided into two one-term courses: Orchestra Academy I and Orchestra Academy II. In addition to participation in scheduled orchestra productions the courses includes tuning sessions, sectional rehearsals, chamber music, instrumental instruction and lectures. To apply candidates must submit a high quality DVD or electronic video file and successful candidates will be called to auditions for selection/ranking.

Offered as a freestanding course.
Bachelor of Arts Degree in music or equivalent.
In addition to two approved admission tests applicants must have documented skills in English corresponding to the level of English in Swedish upper secondary education (English 6/English Course B).
The first admission test consists of submitted samples of work of good quality in DVD format or electronic files.
Applicants with approved samples of work will be called to a second admission test, which consists of an audition. Applicants who pass the audition will be ranked based on instrument.
Selection K The selection procedure is based on application tests. Applicants are placed in different selection groups depending on instrument.
