More information about English language requirements SelectionThe selection is based on 1-165 credits.Course Aim This course provides Knowledge of fundamental legal principles and current legal rules regarding real estate Training in judicial methods and argumentationContents General property (real estate) law deals with questions regarding the boundaries between fixed and unfixed property, property transfers, registration procedure, grants of use and easements, mortgage, right of liens, enforcement of judgment, property rights, registration, etc.Realization Each course occasion´s language and form is stated and appear on the course page on Luleå University of Technology's website. Consists of lectures, seminars, and exercises.Examination If there is a decision on special educational support, in accordance with the Guideline Student's rights and obligations at Luleå University of Technology, an adapted or alternative form of examination can be provided. Written exam at the end of the course. The instructor may decide on alternative forms of examination.
