Simulation of Mineral Processing

7.5 Credits, Course, master's level, M7001K
The course teaches computer simulations of processes for particle media. It covers: dry fragmentation, wet comminution and separation processes based on differences in physical properties.

The student gets the possibility to acquire the knowledge to conduct simpler computer-assisted simulations of processes for particulate media. It covers: dry fragmentation, wet comminution and separation processes based on differences in density, surface properties, magnetic properties and dewatering.
