After having passed the course the student should have increased his or her potential to practice effective leadership.ContentsThe course consists of three segments. First, general leadership and motivation models are at focus. Then, group processes are focused where the goal is to understand how to attain effective teams. Third, the focus is on how culture and stress/press/change affect the leadership.RealizationLectures, classes and seminars.
