  • Analyze how central problems in organizations can be handled

The course covers central topics in organizational theory, such as the integration between organizations and the external environment; organizational structure, goals, and strategies; and management and organizational change. The course also covers the role and responsibility of organizations to act in ethical and sustainable ways.
