Selection

The selection is based on 20-285 credits



Course Aim
The student should after the course be able to describe and explain different forms of leadership and its positive and negative consequenses for co-workers and productivity. The student shall understand and critically reflect over his/her own personality- and value pattern in leader- and co-workers functions

Contents
The course deals with general theoretical views with focus on the leader skills, co-workers, and the situation.

Realization
Lectures, seminars, personality test with a written statement. The student is also doing an individual project where he/she is interviewing at least one manager/leader.

Examination
Oral and written presentation at seminars, 2,0 Hp
Personality test and individual statement, 2,0 Hp
Individual project 3,5 Hp

Remarks
Students must register for the courses themselves, or contact ETS educational administration eduets@ltu.se, not later than three days after the quarter commences. Failure to do so can result in the place being lost. This rule also applies to students with a guaranteed place.
