Applied Rock Mechanics

7.5 Credits, Course, master's level, T7020B
The course provides advanced knowledge of rock mechanics and teaches the students to apply theoretical, numerical and empirical methods in solving actual rock mechanics problems.

The aim of the course is to enhance the students’ knowledge and skills as well as judgement in the area of rock mechanics and to help the students to solve practical rock mechanics problems in connection to civil and mining engineering projects.
