Course Aim
After the student is examined from this course the student can identify and solve basic juridical problems. The course gives the student fundamental knowledge of legal sourse materials and the judicial system´s structure.

In the beginning of the course the student gets an introduction of legal sources and the legal system´s framework as well as an introduction to legal problem solving methods. This course gives an introduction in contract law, sale of goods law, real estate law and compensation law. Other judicial areas dealt with are family law, market law, association law, insolvency law and procedural law.

The course will consist of lectures, lessions and exercises.

Written exams.

Due to similar content, the course can not be included in a degree together with the courses J0002N, J0003N, J0008N, J0030N, J0046N or other courses with similar content.
