Handling of personal data

This is a consolidated guideline in the field of data protection. Previously separate guidelines have been merged into a large guideline, to provide a better overview and make the subject more coherent and understandable. The text has been revised and new sections have been added, including the processing of personal data in Teams.

Two guidelines are repealed in their entirety by this guideline, without being replaced (LTU-1174-2018 Guidelines for free text fields and LTU-1173-2018 Guidelines for storage of personal data in unstructured format).

The table below describes where the replaced guidelines appear in the merged guideline and the changes made.
