Pedagogical merit

The university's goal with this pedagogical merit model is to contribute to continuous pedagogical quality improvement.

This is done by:

• stimulating teachers to develop high pedagogical proficiency.
• acknowledge and rewarding teachers with high pedagogical proficiency at Luleå University of Technology.
• create good conditions for pedagogical development.
• have clear criteria for assessment of pedagogical proficiency.
