About the company
Lundströms fastigheter is one of Boden's most prominent private real estate companies in the rental market that creates sustainable housing for people. Boden as a city is in rapid development where we property owners are an important cog in the city's development. Lundströms fastigheter has joined forces with other property owners in a network to meet the opportunities and challenges of rapid development and it is in this network that you as a student will work with issues that affect us all - the special focus is Boden center. The assignment will also be carried out in close cooperation with Boden Municipality's various administrations and managements, especially the recently appointed investigator (from MAF arkitektbyrå) who will work with the vision of Boden City.
About the network: The network is a composition of property owners and stakeholders in the real estate and urban development area. The network has existed for several years but was reshaped in 2021 with the establishment of H2 Green Steel.
About the assignment
The assignment through us at Lundströms fastigheter is to investigate and visualize various assignments. For example, this can be lighting design proposals, comfort-enhancing designs and activities. We are also open to suggestions and input from you as a student about suitable areas to focus the work on. Work management will take place from Lundströms fastigheter and to some extent the other partners in the network.
The assignment is on site in Boden. Some flexibility regarding remote work can be worked out in dialogue. The assignment will begin with many meetings and contacts to create networks and entrances to the following work. Thereafter, there may be room for remote work.
