Innovation Management
Does your organisation face an innovation challenge that could benefit from fresh perspectives? In the course Innovation Management, master's students work on real cases provided by companies and public organisations. Cases should focus on innovation-related challenges, such as new products and services, business model innovation, sustainability, digital transformation, open innovation, or the management and organisation of innovation.
Students analyse the challenge using established innovation management theories and methods before developing evidence-based recommendations. Companies are invited to introduce their case at the beginning of the course, follow the students' progress, and attend the final presentations. Organisations may also select the best solution and present an award to the winning student team.
