Climate adaptation in transport infrastructure is a cross-disciplinary concept utilizing risk analysis, RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety), resilience principles, lifecycle cost assessment, and future climate projections. The course is delivered through a combination of lectures, self-study, and assignments. By the end of the course, students will be able to identify challenges and opportunities associated with various approaches to achieving climate-resilient infrastructure and propose practical solutions to defined problems.
