UX Research

The course focuses on the early and late phases of the design process — from identifying and analyzing users’ needs and behaviors to evaluating and improving completed design solutions. You will learn to plan and apply methods for data collection, experimental design, and analysis, with a particular focus on usability and user experience.

The course also addresses how data and information are managed and interpreted within the design process. Through hands-on work with various tools, including equipment in Depict LAB, you will have the opportunity to investigate human responses and develop design solutions grounded in insight, evidence, and empathy.

The course prepares you to make well-informed decisions in design projects where people are at the center.
