In this course, you develop knowledge and skills in research design with a focus on cybersecurity. You are introduced to different research approaches and practice analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, and areas of application.
The course covers work with scientific literature, research ethics, and methodological choices. You will train to formulate research questions, plan research work, and communicate and defend your choices both orally and in writing.
Through lectures, seminars, and supervision, you strengthen your ability to critically review research and to argue for your own research ideas. The course provides structured preparation for the master’s thesis.
