Entry requirements:Basic knowledge of mechanics, thermodynamics, experimental methodology, optics and quantum mechanics which are included in, for example, Physics 1, F0004T, and Physics 2, F0005T; uunderstanding of basic mathematical statistics including probability distributions, expectation and variance, that are included in the course, S0008M Probability Theory and Statistics; understanding of basic signal processing including sampling, time-discrete processing of time-continuous signals, linear and time-invariant systems, given in the course, S0004E Signals and Systems; understanding of basic electrical theory including RC circuits, given in the course E0013E, Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering. Basic knowledge on computer security and impacts on society, given in the courses Computer and network security, D0029E, and/or Artificial Intelligence within the Healthcare System, M7016H.
