Managing and developing well-functioning teams
In all organizations, cooperation between individuals takes place. This course improves your knowledge and understanding of how grups develop – in order to develop well-functioning and effective teams. You will get the opportunity to develop by reflecting and discussing with other course participants, both in the role as a team leader and as a team member.

Target group: This course is for those who want to improve their leadership and cooperation skills through a better understanding of group dynamics and teams. The course is aimed at anyone seeking personal development with the goal of leading and being part of a well-functioning team.
Prerequisites: No prerequisites
Scope/time: A total of 20 study hours, including five seminars of 1.5 hours each.
Location: The course takes place online.
Language: Swedish.
Price: SEK 7 500 excluding VAT per participant.

You will learn
- different perspectives on group development to create well-functioning and effective teams.
- coaching as a way to lead and support employees, and approaches to managing challenges in a team's development process.
Structure
The course is partly conducted as self-study based on a MOOC*: The Well-Working Team
External link, opens in new window.. To stimulate learning, the self-study includes recorded lectures, podcasts, articles, quizzes and interactive exercises.
After each part of the MOOC, participants meet online to discuss and reflect together on their studies and experience, with the support of the course teachers. The first seminar introduces the course and allows participants to get to know each other.
The self-study part of the course is in English and the seminars are conducted in Swedish. After completing all parts, you will receive a course certificate.
