This course is aimed at those who benefit from understanding psychological aspects of group management. You will learn more about groups and teams, social perception, motivation and decision-making from a psychological perspective.

Course content
Basic knowledge about groups and teams, social perception, motivation and decision-making from a psychological perspective.
Structure
Introductory lesson, self-study, quizzes, reflection exercises and seminar.
The course is structured as follows: Self-study, including quizzes and reflection (34 hours) and meetings (lecture 2 hours; seminar 4 hours).
To pass the course
Passed points on quizzes, completed reflection assignments and active participation in the seminar (or compensation assignment).

Lisa Öman Ekervhén, Senior Lecturer in Psychology
Both Camilla and Lisa have been teaching in the field of occupational psychology for several years. Camilla and Lisa also conduct research in areas related to occupational psychology, such as work environment, stress and decision-making.
