
Workplace psychology part 2 — with a focus on organisational management
The course is aimed at those who benefit from understanding psychological aspects of organizational management. In the course you will learn more about leadership, communication and influence, organizational culture and organizational change and psychosocial work environment from a psychological perspective.

Course content
Basic knowledge about groups and teams, social perception, motivation and decision-making from a psychological perspective.
Structure
Introductory lesson, self-study, quizzes, reflection exercises and seminar.
The course is structured as follows: Self-study, including quizzes and reflection (34 hours) and meetings (lecture 2 hours; seminar 4 hours).
To pass the course
Approved points on quizzes, completed reflection assignments and active participation in the seminar (or compensation assignment).

Both Camilla and Lisa have been teaching in the field of occupational psychology for several years. Camilla and Lisa also conduct research in areas related to occupational psychology, such as work environment, stress and decision-making.
