Presentation of the company, the group, and its R&D investments, as well as upcoming recruitment needs. Includes a guided tour of the facility.

Transfer to The Great Northern, Skellefteå
The bus will pass by Northvolt and Lyten, during which we will share insights about the companies’ history and future plans. We will also pass Skellefteå Kraft’s heating plant, where a company representative will explain how the facility contributes to the transition towards a more sustainable society.

Lunch and introduction to Skellefteå – The Great Northern
During lunch, you will be introduced to Society Expo 26, a global event showcasing Skellefteå and exploring sustainable solutions.

12.45–15.45
Business networking – meet the companies, The Great Northern
You will meet both consultancy firms and product-based companies operating in Skellefteå, including Ductus, Tietoevry, Twoday, CGI, XLENT, and Skellefteå Kraft.
Each company will give a brief introduction, followed by small-group sessions where you can engage with them directly. Take the opportunity to ask questions about what it’s like to work there and explore how your skills could be of value to the company.

Tour of Sara Cultural Centre
You may already know that Sara Cultural Centre has gained international attention for being built entirely from wood to achieve climate neutrality.
But did you know that, thanks to smart energy solutions, Sara is actually climate positive? An AI system learns how to optimise the building’s operation in real time. Patrik Sundberg from Skellefteå Kraft will lead an inspiring tour, offering a fantastic view over Skellefteå.

Evening activity and dinner – Try New Things, Storgatan 26
Try New Things is a multimedia studio. You will enjoy dinner in their studio and get an inside look at how creative solutions can be developed with the help of technology.

Return journey to Luleå (drop-off at Teknikens Hus)
